A unique patented system
The non-touch operation of Sanispray Electronics is based on passive detection technology, in contrast to active systems that emit signals continuously. The system does not emit anything at all, but remains in a quiescent state until a user is being detected.
The sensor only reacts to the temperature of hands within a three-dimensional detection field to control the operation of a solenoid valve. This prevents influences from external source that might cause unwanted activation, such as from light sources, noise, foreign objects or passers-by.
The water flow cycle is controlled by a central micro-processor, that monitors the opening and closing of a solenoid valve based on the information received from the sensors detection human radiance.
As soon as a user places his or her hands in the detection area of one of the individual sensors, the collective sprayring starts spraying water all around the wash fountain. Once activated, the water flow continues until all users have departed from the wash fountain.
Minimal water consumption: the collective wash fountains have a water-saving sprayhead and a built-in automatic flow control regulator, resulting in considerable water conservation when compared to an equal number of individual faucets. The electronic flow control regulation system makes sure that water only flows when needed, and prevents waste and abuse. Flow rate 1,2 L/min maximum.
- Optimal user convenience: The collective control system consists of a number of individual sensors with their own detection field, which are connected to one single solenoid valve and a central microprocessor control system. In this way, a large detection area covering the entire wash fountain is created, enabling the easiest possible operation.
- Automatic maintenance: The collective sprayring flows until shortly after the last user has left the wash fountain. As residues of soap and dirt are rinsed away continuously, the self-cleaning parabolic bowl maintains its hygienic appeal.
